Video subscription for companies

New films every month. One crew and one price, with no separate quote for each film.

Book a callHow we set the budget

A crew that knows your company.

No explaining the brand from scratch. We know the people, the office and your style: titles, captions, colour.

One price a month.

The budget is agreed once. No estimate for every film and no hunting for a free date.

We already work this way with several companies.

Three rhythms, one fixed amount.

The amount depends mostly on the number of shoot days. The tiers are a starting point: we set the exact sum after talking through your publishing plan, and it stays the same every month. Prices net of VAT.

Start

from PLN 4,900 / month

One shoot day every two months, and several films and short pieces from it for the weeks ahead.

Rhythm

PLN 8,900 / month

A fixed shoot day every month, a series of short pieces and vertical versions for every week.

Studio

from PLN 13,900 / month

Two or more days a month, close to an in-house video team: event coverage, several series at once, language versions and editing of footage you shoot yourselves.

What stays fixed

  • one monthly amount, agreed in advance
  • a quarterly topic plan
  • the same crew on every film
  • no separate quote or new order for the next film
Tell us your rhythm

This is what a month looks like.

A sample month on the Rhythm plan: one shoot day, and material from it for the weeks ahead. We fit the dates to your calendar.

  1. Mon 1We plan the monthOne hour online: topics, channels, who appears, the shoot date.
  2. weeks 1–3Last month's footageBefore the new films come out, you post short pieces from the previous shoot day, so the channels never go quiet.
  3. Wed 3 – Fri 5Scripts and the day planWe write scripts, interview questions and the shoot schedule. You sign them off on Friday.
  4. Tue 9Shoot dayThe crew is with you from the morning. Statements, shots of the company, and footage framed for vertical too.
  5. Wed 10 – Mon 15EditThe main film, short pieces, vertical versions, captions and colour in your style.
  6. Tue 16 – Thu 18Review and changesYou get a review link with comments on the timeline. We make the changes by Thursday.
  7. from Mon 22ReleaseThe main film on Monday, then short pieces on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You get the files ready to post, with captions and dates.
  8. Fri 26Topics for next monthA short list of ideas, so planning on the 1st takes an hour, not a week.

Questions

How much does a video subscription cost?

From PLN 4,900 net a month with one shoot day every two months (Start), PLN 8,900 net with a shoot day every month (Rhythm) and from PLN 13,900 net with two or more days a month (Studio). We set the exact amount after a call about your publishing plan, and then it stays the same every month.

How is a subscription different from ordering films one by one?

With one-off orders every film has its own brief, quote and deadline. On a subscription we agree the package once and then just plan next month's topics. The same crew already knows your brand, your people and your office.

Is a subscription cheaper than a videographer on staff?

With one shoot day a month, usually yes. Rhythm costs PLN 106,800 net a year. A shooter-editor on staff costs about PLN 128k a year in salary alone (median PLN 8,850 gross, wynagrodzenia.pl, 2026), and starter equipment adds PLN 55–93k. An in-house team makes sense when video is made several days a week.

What if we need more in a given month?

Extra days and videos are billed at the rates in the contract, with no new quote.

Who owns the rights to the films?

The scope of rights and usage is set out in the contract. Most often we transfer the right to publish in all of the company's online channels.

Let's talk about your publishing plan.

Tell us how many videos you publish today and which channels you run. We will reply with a proposed rhythm and budget.
