Corporate video production
Video for communicating with employees, partners and sales networks. Leadership messages, onboarding, year-in-review films, recruitment videos.
Work: corporate video
Corporate video
When corporate video makes sense
When the same message needs to reach hundreds or thousands of people in different cities. Leadership announces a strategy, two companies merge, HR onboards new starters. For Vienna Life we filmed merger day: statements from board members and staff, speeches on stage and the whole team meeting at the Warsaw office. For Capitol Ubezpieczenia we filmed their year-in-review meeting.
Corporate video also helps people adopt a new tool. For Compensa we made a film encouraging agents to use the Polisa Mobilna app, with an actor playing the agent, and a film about how staff use VIGtoria, the company's AI assistant, when serving customers.
What we do
- leadership and expert statements, with a teleprompter
- onboarding and company culture films
- recruitment and employer branding films
- coverage of internal events, kick-offs and galas
- subtitled versions, including English, for international groups
A typical statement recording
We come to your office with a camera operator, a sound recordist or assistant, camera, lights, microphones and a teleprompter. Recording two people usually takes 3–4 hours including set-up. Then the edit, colour and sound correction. For simpler recordings one operator with basic lighting is enough, which costs less.
What drives the cost
Crew size, time on set, number of people on camera, edit scope (a plain statement or one intercut with footage of the company) and usage rights: an intranet-only film is priced differently from one for publication.
Questions
What is a corporate video?
A film a company makes for its own people and partners rather than for an ad campaign. Most often it is a leadership message, a film about a change in the company, onboarding material, a recruitment film or a year in review. Some never leave the intranet.
How much does a corporate video cost?
From PLN 4,500 net for one shoot day in your office, statements from up to three people and a film of up to 3 minutes. The price goes up with the number of people, locations and shoot days, the amount of cutaway footage and the number of language versions. Tell us who will appear and where, and we will send an itemised estimate.
Do you make onboarding and recruitment films?
Yes. An onboarding film usually features managers and colleagues, with footage of the office and workstations showing what the first day looks like. A recruitment film faces outward, so it often comes from the same shoot day as a brand film.
Can you film people in several offices?
Yes. We plan a route and use the same light and camera setup at every location so the recordings match in the edit.
Can the film stay internal?
Yes. We set that out in the contract as the scope of use, and we never show such films in our portfolio without your consent.
Tell us about your project.
To start, the goal of the film and a rough date are enough. Kraków, working across Poland.
